On 18th June 2009 we held HOPING's Got Talent, an evening of song, dance and comedy from our celebrity performers. Held at Cafe de Paris and hosted by Patrick Kielty with Sotheby's auctioneer Olly Barker, the evening raised £318,000 for Palestinian refugee youth.

Letter in protest of the invasion of Gaza
In 2009, HOPING wrote a letter calling for an immediate end to the Israeli attack on the citizens and civic institutions of Gaza; for an opening to all crossings points into Gaza; and for an end to the siege and blockade of Gaza.
