With the support of a HOPING grant, the Centre of Arat and heritage in Jalazone Camp participated in the Al-Quds Arabic culture festival of 2009

In Aida Camp, the Nakba 60 Commemoration Committee has created the opportunity for children from eight refugee camps (10 children per camp), all originally from villages that were destroyed in 1948, to mark the Nakbah’s 60th anniversary through painting and photography.
